HP Recommended

We have been able to use the refer command to perform a blind transfer using the result of a prompt.  Is it possible to open the dial screen instead of the prompt.  This would allow us to show previous calls and use the dial plan to recognize the end of a number.

 

We are testing on v5.4.3
