We just rolled out the Polycom CX3000 Lync conferencing phones and noticed on a marathon conference call than the phone or some part of the Lync infrastructure ended the call after 90 minutes. First time, I thought it was just an connectivity issue but then it happened again precisely after 90 minutes.
Does the CX3000 have a maximum call time limit of 90 minutes? If so, can it be changed?

Hello jerryscole,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Our CX product range completely depends on our Partner Microsoft's LYNC / OCS infrastructure.
I can only recommend to check with Microsoft or in a Microsoft Community if they are aware of this or how such limitation could be removed.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello,
we , and other manufacturers build the Phones but the software on the phones and the call routing etc. comes from Microsoft.
