I'm trying to get a Poly CCX 505 up and working. I can get it to register as just a standard SIP phone, and I can get it to work as a Teams based phone.
My question is, can I use the Teams app/button to work with a generic profile?
Basically can I set it up as a standar SIP phone that can also log into Teams?

Hello @VAVoIPIT ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
Can you provide more details on the use case?
You cannot use the CCX Phones simultaneously for Microsoft Teams at the same time as any other profile.
You can switch the profiles as documented in our VoIP FAQ:
Oct 03, 2024 Question: How can I change the Provider mode or Base Profile on a Poly Trio or Poly CCX Phone?
Resolution: Please check >here<
Aug 27, 2021 Question: Why do I not see the different Base Profile modes offered when factory resetting /OOB / Out Of Box wizard a Poly device?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
If no other volunteers reply, as already suggested by @M_Salman please contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
