Dumb question, but where do I find all of the files needed to modify the features for a VVX 250 so I can disable URL Dialing? I believe the UC software version is UC Software 6.4.3.5059. The part number for the phones I'm trying to configure is 3111-48820-021 Rev:B.
Where can I find all of the default files (000000000000.cfg, etc.) so I can set them up on a TFTP server, modify them, nd provision these VVX 250s with the URL Dialing disabled?
Thank you!

That's excellent, Steffen, since it saves so much work on setting up a TFTP server and download a billion files. Thank you!
I'm trying to get the Poly VVX 250 phone to send a dialed number to our SIP provider so I can route the call from there. Turning off URL dialing didn't help; now the phone just refuses to handle the call and tells me that URL calling is disabled. I'm trying to get the VVX 250 to send a dialed number in this format: sip:+19721234567@sip.provider.com
Whether URL Dialing is disabled or enabled, the Poly VVX 250 phone never sends the call to our provider. Is there a way to tell the phone to send *whatever* has been dialed on to our SIP provider, or tell it to match that specific format at least?
EDIT: looks like the Poly is working perfectly and the problem is that it should be dialing sip:+19721234567@CUSTOMERNAME.sip.provider.com, so it's sending to the incorrect domain and therefore the DNS is failing. So it looks like it's not the Poly phone's problem at all. Thank you for the help!
