- I don’t have creds to mess with the switch but everything works on the network.
our VLAN is XX but the phone shows VLAN ID 40.
is there a way to change the vlan setting on the phone or log into it via a browser?
I am always prompted for a user password and not an admin password using the phones menu.
ended up bringing the phone home (no vlan) and it works at home.
thank you

well i finally found out how to factory reset the phone. the mac address in lowercase. what was tripping me up was if i needed the letter e , the astericks masking the password would appear as soon as i pressed the 3 one time. I just pressed it twice and waited between letters. All should be good as far as VLANs go when I bring it back to the office.
