Does the D230 rechargeable nimh battery pack allow to remove the two cells and replace with 2x AAA nimh batteries into the original plastic battery pack housing? I want to be able to quickly and easily swap in nimh aaa batteries. Thanks

Welcome to the Poly Community.  

 

We strongly recommend using only the supplied battery pack. The operation periods for the handsets are applicable only with the default battery capacities.

 

The use of other battery types or non-rechargeable batteries or primary cells can be dangerous,
causing interference and unit damage. The manufacturer is not held liable for damage arising from
such non-compliance.
