Product: CCX 500-M

We are looking to enable Wi-Fi on some of our CCX 500 desk phones and need to know is there an adapter available to do this?  We have some CCX 600 phones on Wi-Fi but want to convert the CCX 500 phones if possible.

Jun 05, 2018 Question: Do Poly Phones support a USB WiFi adapter?

Resolution: Please => here <=

 

The above states the CCX 400 and CCX 500 do not support WiFi via USB
