I have a Poly Trio C60 that is stuck at completing provisioning - was able to hit the web gui and reconfigure, but no help.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

I suggest you factory restore the unit.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

I've been talking with support. I have 4 other Trio's that are working fine. I just figured I would ask and see if anyone has had this issue in the past, and what the solution may have been. Cannot do the factory  restore. Does not work with the 4 corner touch at restart. Thanks though.

SO I received a replacement and I can configure it through the web gui the same as the others we have. Running 8.1.4.1456 version on the C60. The line will not register. Any ideas on what I can try next?

Hello @Thom1956 ,

 

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

As we do not know what Provider you are using or what mode I simply assume it is SIP.

If you still have issue I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region as you already have a ticket for the RMA so they should further troubleshoot this. Details are in my Signature.
