I have an IP 5000 that I need downgraded to a later version. Currently it is on version 5.0.8.0935 and I need it on 4.3.1, 4.0.4, 3.3.3, or 3.3.2 in order to function with the version of Asterisk that we''re using.
What is the easiest way to do this? Do I need to roll back drivers or can I just do a fresh install of the version I need?

Hello @HMKL,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
5.0.8 is not a software version it is the Updater aka the BootROM.
I seriously doubt that a downgrade would make the phone more compatible to Asterisk but please check below.
