Hi All,
Using VVX 5.1.3 - I was wondering if anyone has got a config file to work with adding a button to transfer a caller directly to Exchange UM/Voicemail?
So far I haven't found a solution. We are not using BToE.
Thanks!

We do it by selecting transfer then holding down a contact until the info page appears, then scrolling down to the voicemail option and pressing dial... it's very tedious, and much easier to do a transfer to voicemail with the Lync Client.

Hello CWebb,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
To my knowledge this is only possible for an Delegate scenario.

Hello all,
I can only encourage you to work with your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of a Polycom sales Engineer so they can work with product management in order to prioritize such feature.
The LYNC client is a optimized for LYNC softclient that is running on a computer and therefore has far more possibilities than a simple phone.

Hi ChrisDB1,
Can you further elaborate on the steps that you are taking in your scenario?
I have the call answered by the front desk on a VVX, they push the transfer key, then contacts..I can select a contact but I do not see where I can "hold" it to get the contact information - vm option.
Thanks for your post!

I found the details that I was asking ChrisDB1 for - it helps if the user I am testing with is enabled for Exchange UM 😃
Here are the steps in case anyone else is interested Firmware is 5.3.1 (not 5.1.3 as mentioned in OP, that was a typo)
1. Answer phone call
2. Push and hold transfer key, select blind transfer
3. Push the contacts button, choose the contact
4. Push the "more" button, and then the "info" button
5. Highlight Voicemail
6. Push dial
