Hello @Rolando007 ,

 

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I have checked this with Product Management and the reason for this software unavailability is that the fixes provided in this build are already in the latest 8.x.x builds.

 

I can only suggest moving to the 8.2.x range for all phones as this is the latest version.

 

Should you need this CCX 500 specifically please use this >link<
