I have a Trio 8500 in a learning lab environment. Currently it's running SW 7.1.1.0731
If I were to perform a factory reset, the phone will come up with every profile option except a basic SIP Generic Profile option. To get it to generic - I have to select an alternative profile, like SfB, then turn on the web interface, so I can then web into the device and change the profile to generic.
Wouldn't offering a generic profile option right on the device screen be easier?
As a side note - I just started using Lens and I have this device in Lens. During my last reset - I was hoping that all of the settings I made in Lens would magically flow to the device - but that didn't happen and is likely for another post.
