HP Recommended

VVX-250 OBi 6.3.1.1

Trying to update to the new firmware 6.4.0.2

 

FW Update from the phone says "Firmware update not available"

 

I downloaded the firmware:

https://support.polycom.com/content/support/north-america/usa/en/support/voice/business-ip-phones/vv...

 

Logged into the Web admin page, Device Update, Firmware Update. Tried both versions. Get this error every time:

"The config file is incorrect. Please refer to FP67993 at support.polycom.com for details"

 

Any suggestions? Thank you!
