I have Polycom IP 650's running 4.0.4.2906. I recently upgrade the phones to this app and the default behavior of the MESSAGES button on the phone is to enter the message center. I would like for the phone to dial into its' voicemail, so I enabled "One Touch Voice Mail" and rebooted. Now the phone dials that phone's extension when pressing the MESSAGES button. That results in a busy recording.
Am I missing something simple or do I just need to manually edit the configs?

I found my fix in the FAQ after a second hunt. There's a Message Center setting buried within the Line setups. I think that's pretty obtuse. Fixed and happy!

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
I am unsure why you class this as obtuse?
The phones can handle several different lines (depending on the model) and therefore the best place for this option is in the individual line menu.
Every line could have a different setting.
