Dear HP team,

 

Good day! I am writing this because I am facing a configuration issue on Poly CCX 400. Here is the case:

 

The device is connected to the company network which needs a proxy to access the internet. So, I enable the web user interface and configure the proxy, after that, I could download and install the update. I guess the proxy is working. 

 

But when I tried to configure the teams account in this device, I keep receiving the error message "Couldn’t connect to workplace join," after I input the user principal name before I enter the password. Please see attachment. Could you please help to check what's the root casue? Many thanks! 0814.PNG

Welcome to the HP community.


Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

In addition, our Partner Microsoft is pretty clear about using Proxys with Microsoft Teams >here< so any organization should consider their advice.

 

An issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post so please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
