Trio C60

I have a Poly Trio C60 that is stuck at completing provisioning. The Phone is tuck rebooting. I have factory reset @ least 10 times, it gets to completing provisioning stag, then automictically shuts down and starts over.

I understand you're encountering issues with the Poly Trio C60. To address this, please execute a hard reset on the device, switch the device's profile from Teams to Zoom or vice versa, then verify if the Trio C60 powers on. Following that, update the firmware and revert it to the base profile.
