Hello,
I have a Poly VVX450 that I can set the vLan ID using an auto-provisioning template code below, however when I want to remove and set it back to default=NO vLan ID using "Null" it doesn't change.
-- To set the vLan ID
device.set="1"
device.net.vlanId="20"
device.net.vlanId.set="1"
-- To try to change back to default native LAN
device.net.vlanId="Null"
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks you

Hello @Sir_Lancelot ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
For your actual question, our VoIP FAQ contains:
Jul 10, 2013 Question: How can I use VLAN's with Polycom phones?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
and
Jul 25, 2013 Question: How can I setup certain Device parameters on my phone via a configuration file?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
If you still struggle, and no other volunteer replies, or you cannot find any other answers using the community search please contact our support team in your region. This obviously depends if the unit is still in warranty.
Details in my signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
