Polycom 6000

Hi everyone,

How do I disable SSLv2v3 and TLS1.0, and only enable TLS 1.2 in a Polycom 6000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use. For 

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

A Quick community search finds >this< and checking the 4.0.15 release notes shows>this<

 

Using a CCX as an example you find the SSL / TSL selection via the Web Interface Settings > Network > TLS > TLS Applications

I browsed the knowledge base, but couldn't find anything specific to my issue, but I'll check again.

In the meantime, here is the Polycom info:

Also, my Polycom TLS Application settings do not look like the device you shared.

the screenshot shared does not show. Simply copy & paste the information as text.

 

Only since UC Software 4.0.15 TLS 1.0.2 is supported on a SSIP 6000

 

The Phone is end of life and end of support as an FYI.
