Hi Support Team,

Thank you for replying me on my last questions.

I am havibg one more query related to Polycom Corprate Directory:

1) We have two contact types i.e. Shared Conatcs and Internal Contacts, Can we create two different contact list in Polycom corporate diretory or we have to merged those two contact in single contact list over Polycom Corporate Directory ?

Hello Shashank,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The defined dir.corp.filterPrefix specifies what is being searched for and this cannot be changed on the phone. There is therefore only 1 corporate directory.
