Polycom VVx 1500

I'm having a serious crash problem on my Polycom VVX 1500 devices. All of them, without exception, freeze the commands, whether on the screen or buttons, and are inaccessible via the network (ping and https). I noticed that memory consumption gradually increases until it reaches close to 85% and from then on the problem occurs. I monitored memory consumption through menu/status/diag/graf/memory...
The firmware version is the latest, 5.9.5.0614.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Could it be a firmware failure or some incorrect configuration?
Thanks!

Hello @pisperling ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Pretty sure the VVX 1500 is end of life since 2018 so time to look for a current phone possibly?

We have no idea how many lines and what configuration the phone is running so not a lot we can suggest.

Best Regards
