I have 5 PolycomVVX-VVX_411-UA/5.4.1.17954 phones a customer has that I am trying to update to 6.4.6 B, but they will not let me update. I tried different browsers... I have done this thousands of times, but something here is not working... Any suggestions will help?

it would help us volunteers if you could explain how are trying to upgrade these phones and what is failing. Have you got any logs for us?
