I am using VVX300 phones and running on UC 5.2.7. I am trying to hide the conference call soft key. I have looked through the device.cfg, feature.cfg, and the site.cfg. I have even tried to add softkey.feature.conference 0. Has anyone else been able to figure this out.

Hello @rkrick99,
I played with this a bit further and:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?> <!-- Disable local conference option --> <changes> <config call.localConferenceEnabled="0" /> </changes>
should archive what you are after.

Hello @rkrick99,
nothing attached and if you want to attach anything please make a backup from the phone as some parameters are case sensitive so do not assume what you added in your config ends up in the phone.

While searching online I came accross this article:
https://knowledgebase-iframe.polycom.com/kb/viewContent.do?externalId=19740&sliceId=1
If the article is correct than this can be closed
is says: NOTE: The Conference soft key cannot be removed as this does not have a hardware key mapped !

Hello @rkrick99,
You can't just invent a Parameter like softkey.feature.conference .
The above does not exist and therefore will never work.
In regards to the article you found the EFK FAQ contains the same information.
