I was given a couple of, what I believe to be, refurb D230s, and have tried factory resetting them, but they seem to maintain the provisioning values from a previous provider. I have tried to manually clear these values but they will always return, even after factory defaulting the base stations and hand sets.
The issue that I'm having is that the phones, once configured for our PBX will not receive inbound calls, but will display the correct information when dialing out. The phones register in our PBX, so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. But I would like to make sure that all settings are factory defaulted so that I can rule out the phone config.

Hello @thriteentwenty ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQs listed in my signature for your convenience.
Example:
Sep 19, 2022 Question: Why does a Phone return/revert to a previous unknown password even after a factory reset?
Resolution: If a phone is provisioned either by a local server/ZTP/LENS and/or a DHCP option the phone will simply load the old configuration.
On phones that have access to the low-level GUI (option 4 >here<) once the password is reset either ZTP can be disabled or the Boot Server can be set to static. For phones that do not have such an option (CCX, Trio or Edge E) please check with your IT team or whoever set up the phone.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Thank you for quick response, but option 4 does not work for me, this is a cordless phone, when rebooting the hand set there is no logo that appears, thus no cancel option is available.
I'll take a look at the rest of the article to see if there's any overlap that might be of help.
