Hi,
We have deployed a number of Trio's 8800 with Visual+ devices (Current Version 5.4.5) but would like to include these into the business Service Management discovery capabilities. These discovery tools scan the network finding network attached devices and capturing information such as name deployed software, software versions etc.
Is there any SNMP support available to extract this sort of data from the phones?
We would also look to extend this to the VVX's we have deployed (Current Version 5.5.2)

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
None of our IP phones support SNMP.
As you already have an RPRM you can get these details of RPRM.

Thank you for confirming the current status.
Yes, we can get that data from RPRM - however it would be much better if we could manage the few hundreds of polycom devices in the same way we manage the 10k's of servers, user compute devices, meeting room devices and all the other devices we see on the network. Perhaps at some point in the future this will be considered.
