Hello all,

 

we are happy to announce the availability of Polycom® UC Software 5.4.4 RevAD, with associated utilities and documents on the RealPresence Trio product support web page for download.

 

UCS 5.4.4AD is a minor maintenance release for RealPresence Trio 8800 and the RealPresence Trio Visual+ accessory addressing important field fixes including:

  • issues related to displaying Skype for Business content
  • unresponsive Dialpad button in Skype for Business base profile
  • Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) classification in Skype for Business base profile
  • reboot when it receives a check-sync NOTIFY
