Hello!
I bought 2 SoundStation IP 5000.
One of them, after a while, can't boot in. Only says: 'Error, application is not present!'
I read your poorly, confusing and messy FAQ writings.
I downloaded these two files, based on the other, working one: Polycom_UC_Software_4_0_8_rts25_H_release_sig_split.zip
Polycom_UC_Software_4_0_8_rts25_H_release_sig_combined.zip
I copied both of them to ONE folder.
I set up a FTP file share with this guide. Then I input the Provisioning Server informations in the phone.
Nothing happens....
My only guess I miss, I have to do SOMETHING with the 000000000000.cfg.
Rename to the phone's MAC address like this: 459fc2192.cfg (i made that up)
Then? Should I modify more thing?
Please dont reply with the FAQ topics. I read them all for 3 days...
Thanks.

Hello @Tgu31 ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Not really a good introduction to insult the FAQ section and then ask for help.
Please ensure you always check the FAQ's and/or utilize the community search before posting any
new topics or follow up posts.
The next step would be to open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
