Hello, 

 

someone who can explain to me why when I try to change language on the phone, I see all the options but, if I select one of these, different from English, I read the message "language change failed".... What it need to do?

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

 


Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

As a guess, as you have not provided the minimum detail for these End of Life units check:

 

Sep 16, 2015 Question:Why am I unable to change the language on a SSIP7000, SPIP670, SPIP650, SPIP560, or SPIP550 without a Provisioning Server running UC Software 4.0.0 or later?

Resolution: A local provisioning server is required as explained in this post => here <=
