Hi All,
1. Can you please let me know who to enable telnet on polycom IP450 ?
2. I actually need to see some statistics like number of RTP packtes sent and recieved. Is it possible to check it by any means?

Hello Arun,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Telnet access is something that our engineering team would require and we do not publicly detail this.
All the logging can be done to a provisioning server or via syslog but I am not aware that we have a specific RTP packet counter mechanism in place.
You could also use syslog to receive the phone's log.
Another officially supported functionality is the voice quality monitoring which requires an additional license. The VQM feature is described in the admin guide.
