HP Recommended

I have 10+ Trio 8800's with the EagleEye IV USB Camera's attached. Almost all of these sites are remote sites.

In this URL it explains how to obtain the firmware level of the EagleEye (while you're in the same room). I'm wondering if it's possible to obtain that same information remotely.
