Hi,
I have a customer that presnetly has an Avaya CM 6.3 and they are indicating that the phone does not register, all the release notes so far indicate that the Trio 8800 is only supported on release CM 7.0, is there a document that shows that it's also supported on 6.3 or is the Trio 8800 not supported on release 6.3.

refering to the Deployment Guide you need following with v6:
If you want to integrate Polycom products with Avaya Aura v6, you require a Communication Manager, a SessionManager and a System Manager.
