Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Poly Trio C60 conference pod - had to do a restore to defaults and the pod works except I can no longer do a daisy chain to the 2nd pod. Options under settings/advanced doesn't list networked devices.

Hello @Thom1956 ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

You never followed up on your old post >here<. Could you kindly provide some feedback on this to help others?

Unfortunately, your new post does not contain the currently used Software version you are using or the Profile it is operating in.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Most of the FAQ posts linked within the FAQ of the community lead nowhere due to the move to HP so I cannot reference existing posts.

Most likely the unit you have reset is in SKU that does not offer the daisy chaining. Simply go into to the advanced settings and change to openSIP and then the option should appear. You can also utilize the community search if you struggle.

Finally, If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteer replies, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards

Steffen Baier
