Hello we are trying to upgrade a batch of Poly CX 400 phones on firmware version 1... something. The latest upgrade from Poly Lens does not work, nothing happens when we insert the USB drive. We were looking for older firmware versions but they seem to be unavailable, like 6.2.23.0396?
Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @Need_help_plz1 ,
most of the old links have disappeared since Poly moved to HP as the structure is different.
Both the VoIP and Skype for Business FAQ contain:
Jul 29, 2021 Question: How can I upgrade a CCX 400 phone running software 1.0.0 or 1.0.1?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
I have just added a download link for the conversion Software for this old firmware.
I have not yet updated the link in the "normal" VoIP section as of yet.

EDIT: I missed the detail that you stated Software version 1.x
Software like version 6.2.23 is outdated and has been removed. We only host current versions.
