I'm currently unable to get the UK Ringback tone to work correctly on a sound point 550 phone.
The provisioning settings should work as follows:
<tone> <tone.chord> <tone.chord.callProg> <tone.chord.callProg.ringback tone.chord.callProg.ringback.offDur="200" tone.chord.callProg.ringback.onDur="400" tone.chord.callProg.ringback.repeat="2"> <tone.chord.callProg.ringback.freq tone.chord.callProg.ringback.freq.1="400" tone.chord.callProg.ringback.freq.2="450" /> <tone.chord.callProg.ringback.level tone.chord.callProg.ringback.level.1="-10" tone.chord.callProg.ringback.level.2="-10" </tone.chord.callProg.ringback> </tone.chord.callProg> </tone.chord> </tone>
The tone 'rings once' and then does not play again. Does any one have examples for UK tones that work correctly?

Hello voicehost,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issue experienced may already be addressed in a newer release. This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Nov 23, 2011 Question: How can I change my Dial Tone or Call Progress Tones to sound like my local Dial Tone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Above holds an example for this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank you for your reply however it does not resolve the issue.
The UK tone plays correcty for one ring only and dose not repeat at all. I have also used settings from one of the guides for version 3 software however this has the same issue.
Do you have a working example for this type of phone please?

Hello voicehost,
as already mentioned in my prior reply it is useful to provide the currently used software version so the right suggestion can be made.
There was an issue in the past if a Ring Back tone started with a pause causing the effect your describe.
In order to verify this I suggest you post the currently used software version so we can respond accordingly.
Best Regards
