I have a phone that will not connect to my 8x8 service. I have 25 other phones however on the same network that are having no issues. Below is the log file. I believe the issue must be on their side. Can someone confirm this?

Are the other working Phones also Polycom Phones?
I can see multiple 407 and 403 errors in the logs but the SIP logging not being at debug does not show any more details.
