Hello,
I have added today in the RPRM our CCX phone, the configuration Disable USB port. feature.usb.device... disabled.
After a reboot, I called the web interface of CCX 500 and there the USB ports are also disabled.
But if I still plug in my headset or USB stick, it is recognized, which should not be.
Can you please help me?

Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Please ensure you always provide the currently used software version and the mode the phone is in. Also, try and include the configuration used and/or a backup.
