I am attaching a screenshot of what version we currently have. The end goal is to get this phone onto Dialpad.com's provisioning server.
All information I find is for a new version of the software this phone is running. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Option 3 shows the menu steps. These may look slightly different on an older software but following the FAQ should enable you to update the phone.
