I have a few VVX series phones provsioned on Broadsoft. I have synced the Common phone list of about 200 names which appears fine on the VVX 300 and 400 but there are many missing from my VVX 201 phones. Is there a maximum capacity on the 201?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Phone Model Range | |
VVX 101, 201 | 1 – 99 |
VVX 300 series, 400 series, 500 series, and 600 series | 1 – 500 |
VVX 1500 | 1 – 9999 |
