My office currently leases its phones from AT&T and would like to purchase. Can I simply disconnect the existing phones and replace them with the same VVX 300 or do the new phones need to be programmed? Thanks.

Hello @woo,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This completely depends if your service provider will let you use your own hardware with their platform.

If they allow you this and you get the account usernames or passwords or they will do this remotely then of course you can.
