What I have is a pair of Polycom VVX phones working on the 5.4.5.6840 version. Under Settings>Basic>Ring Type>Default the ringer is set to come in as "Warble," but since the latest update it has not actually been ringing with that. When a call comes in it rings as "Low Double Trill." Nothing has changed--the ring type is always set to "Warble" and has been for months. We've never set up any kind of special ring tones for special circumstances.
