I have 4 seperate vvx410 devices that will not let me upgrade from 5.2.0.8330 to 5.3.0.12074. I have tried factory resetting them as well. If I login as Admin through the browser of the IP address of the phone, click Software Upgrade, the site let's me Check for updates. If I choose the 5.3 version, the browser appears to send the reboot to the phone (displays the message) but never actually reboots or updates the phone. The best I can tell this is only an issue for me updating from 5.2.0.8330 to 5.3.0.12074. I was able to update to 5.3.0.12074 from older versions of the software. Is this a known issue or does anyone have any ideas to try?
thanks-
Cody

I also ran into this problem with the 5.2.0.8330 firmware with the 410 and 600. The fix for me was to enter a fake provisioning server and saving the configuration. then removing the provisioning server and saving again. As soon as i saved the second time it immediately showed the message to update and reboot. I already had the 5.3 cab file loaded in lync server. Hope this saves some time.
