Hi!

We have an exchange 2013/lync 2013 environment.

Recently we have started to move some users to o365 (hybrid)

What we are noticing is that onced moved, and we reboot our vvx 600  phones contacts disappear.  Lync is still hosted on-prem although we did have to move voice mail for these users to the could as well so they would still have that functionallity.

My understanding from some other post I have read is that a full "lync in the cloud" deployment is not supported with these phone, but I would think in our current environment we should still be able to pull contacts.

any ideas?

Hello joebello,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Office 365 is currently not a supported platform for the 3PIP phones and is only supported on the optimized for LYNC CX phone range.
