How do you transfer a call directly to someone's voice mailbox directly from the VVX600 when it is paired with Lync 2013 client?  Thanks.

Hello TTMing,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It should work the same way as dialing the Voice Mail from the LYNC client but I believe there is currently an issue on Microsoft's end.

 

I suggest you work with Microsoft on this.

Can you confirm the command to transfer from the VVX600 is *55<ext>#?  When I try that, I get a fast busy signal.  Thanks.
