We have an end user who is having voicemail issues.She pressed the message button on her phone but it would only let her listen to the first voicemail when she had more than one. She can listen all of them if she presses that button and then goes to Message Center. She also had an issue where she deleted them all and the light on the phone stayed red for a day. This morning I also noticed that even though she deleted her VMs, one of them is still listed but you can't hear it if you try to get to it. 

 

What is the normal behavior for attempting to listen to and delete voicemails and what can we do to resolve this issue?

 

The phone does have the latest software and firmware.

Hello

Staying the latest software is no good as we do not know what that is in the future.

The voicemail itself has not got anything to do with the phone and not stating what server your using limits how we can help you

We actually don't use a local SIP server. We use SIP to connect to the cloud.
