I downloaded from here:
And uploaded through the Web Interface.
It seems incredibly easy. Except I have tried to install the new config and doesn't seem to take. The phone reboots and no Zoom icon appears. Any suggestions?

I will add...on the Web Interface, there is a line 2...with Zoom. It just does not appear in on the interface.

Sip call control question....
Instructions say you provided "Enabled, not registered" is not an option. There are 5 options.
- hyrid mode, register to 3rd party and Zoom on demand
- dual register to 3rd party and Zoom
- register to 3rd party4.5. USB onlyregister to ZoomIt is requiring me to select a choice. Any suggestions?

The official supported way to do this is described on Zoom's page => here <=
As outlined in my FAQ article official support was added in UC Software 5.5.2 or later.
Your Trio is using 5.4.5
