i have recently purchased a polycom phone systems for 2 locations. I have a large group of people that are looking to do click to dial. Our previous phone system was able to simply install its OWN application that allowed dialing by clicking on phone numbers within emails, address book contacts, it had a built in dialer and it even popped up alerting you of incoming calls with an accept feature.. i am having a HUGE difficult time finding something ... ANYTHING similar to this convenience and all the forum posts that i have come across here have NOT answered it with a simple "we dont make one" or "we have this" type of answer... can you please let me know if you have any kind of software that will accomplish what i'm looking to do?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Polycom does not provide such software.

 

I am not aware if 3rd parties do so I cannot recommend anything.
