Hi,
In 3.3.0 manual, I found the below similar configuration parameters. Are they different? Also is there an option to include 2nd NTP server.
device.sntp.gmtOffset
device.sntp.serverName
tcpIpApp.sntp.gmtOffset
tcpIpApp.sntp.address
Thanks.

Hello GC,
as simple tcpIpApp.sntp.address="pool.ntp.org" should be sufficient.
We usually encourage all Community members to answer queries and an answer from a Polycom Employee is not an guarantee.
We do try to build up a Community Knowledge in order to answer simple queries via the Search functionality.

Hello GC,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
A quick quote from the UCS 3.3.0 Admin Guide:
<device/>
Any field in the BootROM setup menu and the application Line Configuration and Call Server Configuration menus can be set through a configuration file.
so the Parameters mentioned by you:
device.sntp.serverName
device.sntp.gmtOffset
can be used for example if there is no DHCP NTP Timeserver offered from the DHCP Server.
The other Parameters mentioned by you:
tcpIpApp.sntp.address
tcpIpApp.sntp.gmtOffset
Another quick quote from the UCS 3.3.0 Admin Guide:
tcpIpApp.sntp.address.overrideDHCP
These parameters determine whether configuration file parameters override DHCP parameters for the SNTP server address and Greenwich Mean Time(GMT) offset.
If set to 0, DHCP values will override configuration file parameters.
If set to 1, the configuration file parameters will override DHCP values.
Please ensure that you read the additional Parameters and explanations.
Currently there there is no way to my knowledge to add separate NTP Servers as an IP Address.
You can work with your Polycom Reseller to raise this as a feature request if you provide a business case for this.
Best Regards

Thanks for the quick response.
DHCP does not include NTP config so I am looking to set in a config file.
What is your recommendation to use?
device.sntp.serverName
device.sntp.gmtOffset
or
tcpIpApp.sntp.address
tcpIpApp.sntp.gmtOffset
