Hello J.Silva,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Again it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Read First" and should be included in every post. I have reminded you of this before.
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Please provide more details on your actual question as I do not understand what you are asking.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hi
What I would like to know is how to change the type of notification of a calling call
For example dial extension 1111 from extension 2222 and answer it, the screen displays the user name of the 222, but if extension 3333 does not appear on the screen the new call is still on the screen the call d ela Extension 2222

Hello J.Silva,
where does the 3333 come from ?
I suggest, as I simply do not understand what you are after, to open a ticket with support via your Polycom reseller.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
