Hi,
we are using vvx 411 in UC/Hybrid mode, means that line 1 is configured for skype for business on premise, and line 2 is an sip account in an cloud pbx.
the task is to configure the phone, if an call is incomming on line 2, the phone should auto-answer automatically at once.
i found the auto-answer feature to be global, not by line.
In the Admin manual i found some info´s about Ring Classes - may this help ? dows anyone has expirience with that topic and can help ?
or - second option - can an shortcut be created on the phone that turns auto-answer on / of without walking thru the menus ?
Thank you very much
Joachim
P.S. Phone are vvx 411, sw is latest UC-microsoft certified release.

Hello @stain ,
Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.
Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.
Therefore the Poly VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Resolution: Please check here
In regards to your Auto Answer setting, yes you are correct this is a global setting. Have a look here for an alternative:
