Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC IDS Base Models (ArticunoI)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC Win. 11  microphone works via usb connection but not 3.5mm jack input.  Nexigo camera has microphone via USB and works fine.  But nothing will work using 3.5mm jack.  Have watched several  troubleshooting videos and ran the standard test procedures.   Any ideas?
