I have gone through all the Troubleshooting which is recommended and they are unable to find anything. When I came to HP to download updated driver, I don't see Windows 10, only 8 or 8.1. If I attempt to install one of these, I get message stating "your system does not meet operating system requirements. My audio was working before my last Windows Update, something must have gotten corrupt or uninstalled during that update. I tried to reset my pc to the date before the update, it seemed to work, however, still audio.

Thank you so much. I have been beating my head on my keyboard for 3 days trying to solve this problem with my audio after a windows10 update apparently went wrong. I downloaded the suggested software and installed it and all is now working like a charm. Gary
